Leads

0
7–18 digits per line. Commas and spaces are stripped. Max 1000 numbers. Manual Callback Telegram says how many loaded when the campaign starts.

Greeting audio

0/5

Played to every live answer. Required. After a key press: SIP / IP-to-IP / 3CX bridge the call; Manual Callback plays optional goodbye, hangs up, and Telegrams the number.

MP3, WAV, OGG, or M4A · max 10 MB each · up to 5 files

Caller ID

required

Required. Calls show this number first; if the carrier rejects it, the call still goes through with the trunk login. Call history, billing, and transfers use this number.

7–15 digits. US: 10 digits or 11 starting with 1. No leading 0.

Route

named lanes

Pick the sellable lane (includes custom named routes). Press 1 talk-time always bills USA IVR. SIP phones follow the selected Manual/IVR lane on Routes.

Named routes from admin (e.g. Zydex) appear here with USA Manual / USA IVR.

AI Voicemail

AMD · hang MACHINE never HUMAN
AI Voicemail detection
Timed AMD (Verizon / AT&T / T-Mobile / iPhone / Google Voice), stricter second pass, then talk-over gate. MACHINE → hang (beep, no pitch, not billed). HUMAN → greeting + DTMF. Never hang HUMAN as voicemail.
Leave on. Humans hear the greeting and can press. Machines are hung as MACHINE only — never HUMAN.

Transfer

What happens after the key

Pick one. Live bridge keeps the callee on the line. Manual Callback hangs up and sends Telegram — you call them back.

Register accounts from the SIP page. After the key, Dial(SIP/{peer}) bridges the callee here — not a 127.0.0.1 loop. If this phone is already on a call, extra Press-1 transfers wait and retry — enable call waiting on the softphone so a second lead can ring in.
1 number = all presses go there. Multiple = round-robin. 7–15 digits. Live-transfer cap pauses new originates only.
After the key, Dial(SIP/{trunk}/{ext}) to their PBX IP. Create the trunk on SIP as IP-to-IP. In 3CX: IP Based trunk, this server's IP, port 5060, ulaw/alaw, no Auth ID or password. Live-transfer cap applies.
Digits only. Dials SIP/3cx-internal/{ext} on this server. For a per-customer 3CX at their IP, use IP-to-IP. Live-transfer cap applies.
Sent to the worker when the campaign starts — the browser never talks to Telegram. You get: (1) campaign started; (2) each press as a copyable number plus a native contact you can tap to call; (3) finished / stopped with totals. Optional goodbye audio plays to the lead before hangup.
Bot token and chat ID stay on the server after start. Manual Callback never bridges audio. For a live agent, use SIP Device or IP-to-IP.

DTMF

Keys that count as a press

Lead must press one of these during the greeting. Default is 1. Manual Callback Telegrams the exact key they pressed.

Advanced

USA IVR
5
How many numbers ring at once (1–20). Higher burns the list faster and bills more simultaneous minutes.
10
Max simultaneous live bridges for SIP / Transfer Number / IP-to-IP / 3CX (0–20). When the cap is hit, new originates pause — existing live bridges stay up. Manual Callback ignores this.
30
Seconds the far end can ring before we drop the attempt and take the next number (5–60).
Press 1 always uses USA IVR ($0.24/min). SIP USA Manual vs USA IVR is chosen on Routes — not here.
